Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the reloCRATES while the reloCRATES are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the reloCRATES. If the reloCRATES are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the reloCRATES. Retail value of the reloCRATES are $35.00 for the (L) reloCRATE and $50.00 for the (XL) reloCRATE.
2. In the event Customer has rented reloWARDROBES, Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the reloWARDROBE while the reloWARDROBES are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the reloWARDROBES. If the reloWARDROBES are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the reloWARDROBE. Retail value of the reloWARDROBE is $80.00 each.
3. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Dollies while the dollies are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the dollies. If the dollies are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of all of the dollies. Retail value of the reloSCATES is $75.00, "H" Dolly is $80.00, Hand truck is $50.00.
4. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the lifting straps, moving blankets while the lifting straps, moving blankets are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the lifting straps, moving blankets. If the lifting straps, moving blankets are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession, the Customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of all of the lifting straps, moving blankets. Retail value of the lifting straps is $25.00, moving blankets are $20.00
5. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the reloCRATES. If the Customer does not give 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $25.00 - $50.00.
6. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to have the reloCRATES & reloSCATES returned by the agreed upon date. For each additional day that the reloCRATES are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.25 per day per reloCRATE. If the reloCRATES are not returned after 7 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the Customer wishes to purchase the reloCRATES; and will be charged the full retail value of the reloCRATES. For each additional day that the reloSCATES are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.75 per day. If the reloWARDROBEs are not returned after 7 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the Customer wishes to purchase the reloWARDROBE; and will be charged the full retail value of the reloWARDROBE. If the reloSCATES are not returned after 7 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the Customer wishes to purchase the reloSCATES; and will be charged the full retail value of the reloSCATES at the rate defined above.
7. Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes reloCRATE to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.
8. Customer acknowledges that ALL rental equipment must be returned in the same conditions they were delivered in. Free of dust, crumbs, debris, animal hair, liquids, labels and tape! Upon pickup reloCRATE has 48 hours to ensure the condition of rental equipment. If rental equipment is returned outside of the stated condition the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $1.99 per item. ReloCRATE will provide a picture documentation of the returned equipment deemed unsatisfactory.
   

PRIVACY POLICY

reloCRATE recognizes that your privacy is important to you. Your privacy is also important to us. This Privacy Policy and Agreement ("Privacy Policy") will tell you what information we collect about you and your use of our Web Site, how we use that information, and how we share it with others. Whenever this Privacy Policy refers to "we", "our", or "us", it is referring to this Web Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Collecting Personal Information. Personal information is information that can be used to identify you or contact you. In general, you can visit www.reloCRATE.com without providing any personal information. Some sections of our Site invite you to contact us for more information. In this case we will request your first and last name and e-mail address and use them to send you the information you requested from us or contact you. If you decide that you no longer want to receive e-mail from us, you can ask us to remove you from our mailing list by contacting us at the e-mail address at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the e-mail address you provide to us. If your information is outdated or inaccurate, we may not be able to send you e-mails or notify you about changes to this Privacy Policy.

Collecting Non-Personal Information. We automatically collect Web page request, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, and the date and time of your request. This information allows us to become more familiar with visitors to our site, how often they visit, and what parts of the site they visit most frequently. We may use cookies or Web beacons on our Web Site or in our electronic communications.

Children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Web Site is a general audience site and not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information. This Site will not disclose any personal information you submit through the Site to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or unless you specifically agree to the disclosure.

Disclosure for Legal Reasons. Disclosure to Operations and Maintenance Contractors. We may contract with third parties to maintain or provide services to or on behalf of the Site or our business. Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not charge third parties for this aggregated information. We also may not limit the third parties' use of the aggregated information.

Changes in Our Corporate Structure. If all or part of our company is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, the personal information you have provided at this Site may be transferred as part of that transaction. This Site will take steps to assure that, without your consent, any personal information that is transferred will not be used or shared in a manner inconsistent with the Web Site privacy policy under which it was collected.

Only a limited number of employees have access to your personal information. These employees must abide by our Privacy Policy and those who violate the Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
